"Scottadito" Lamb
- Lamb
- Strutto (it's pork fat, you can use olive oil)
- Fennel
- Salt and pepper
This is a very easy recipe. You only need to stir strutto (it's the grease of the pork, you can use oil) with fennel, salt and pepper, and use it to flavor the lamb.
Then you only need to cook the lamb, preferibly over live coal. Serve warm.
