Strangozzi with oil and garlic
This is a very easy and fast recipe, but really deliciuos! The ingredients are:
- 500 gr. of Strangozzi (if you want you can thy hot-chili pepper Strangozzi)
- half a glass of extra-virgin olive oil
- chili pepper
- two gloves of garlic
- chhese (Parmigiano Reggiano or sheep milk cheese)
Add the oil in a pan (large enough for the pasta), add garlic and chili pepper. When the garlic is browned, add the pasta boiled "al dente" (not too cooked), leave it for one or two minutes and serve, adding your preferred grated cheese!
