- 500 gr. strangozzi (it's a traditional umbria home-made pasta, you can use linguine too)
- 100 gr. extra virgin umbrian olive oil
- 100 gr. truffle washed
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- chili pepper (if you like it!)
